I wish I could say we went on vacation or something, but nope we're here, just been really busy. I do have some cute pictures and video's but I've been having trouble getting them downloaded. Will do that as soon as I get a moment.
We're putting our house on the market and hoping for a quick sale. Once we sell this place we're building a new home. We are more than excited and that is the reason we've been so busy. I've been working, cleaning and getting things ready for the house to be put on the market. We'll be done after this weekend. So hopefully I can catch up on a few things that have been put on the back burner. If I can find them that is.....
There isn't much new going on which is nice. The kids have a little cold, but nothing too bad. I wish we could get back some of that really nice warm weather, but I guess I'll have to wait a little bit.
Let's hope for a quick sale so we can get building. Anyone interested in a nice townhome??? :)

Here is Ella singing the Itsy Bitsy Spider. She likes to make her own versions also. Such as teeny tiny spider, biggest spider ever, etc. Very creative...
Here's Sammy at his finest! :) He can now say, "hi", "ball", "yes", and a couple others. He wasn't being too cooperative here, but you get the idea...

Ella is so sweet!
Wow, two posts in one day. Sam just woke up from his nap and Ella and I always come up together to get him. I check my e-mail and such while Ella plays with Sam while he's in his crib.
She's reading him stories and stops to give him his Nuk. I told her what a nice big sister she is and she says, "I know. I'm telling stories about God to Sam." I turned around expecting her to be reading out of a book, but she's playing with her animals and making up stories to tell him. It's no wonder they're such good little buddies. Too cute!
We LOVE Packages!!
Big shout out to Auntie Jill for her late Valentine's Day package she sent. Ella had pajama day at school on Friday and I wasn't sure what she was going to wear because most of her jammies are a little small but they work for bed. So Thursday afternoon a package shows up with pajamas in them!!! YEAH!!!
She looked very cute and "springy" at school on Friday.
Ella and the other 4 year-olds sang a song in church on Sunday and she did so well. It's been so much fun seeing her grow. When we first started going to church and sunday school she was pretty shy and didn't want to go by herself. Now she runs up to the front of the church all by herself and happily sings songs. There were only a few kids up there, but she sang her heart out!

Another Week....Another Post...
Things have been quite uneventful around the household here. We've been trucking on waiting for spring to come. It is nice seeing the sun shine a bit higher in the sky these days. I've been busy printing and saving to CD all the photos from 2008. I really shouldn't get that far behind, but it doesn't take too long to get caught up.
Sam likes to grab the cloths off the oven door and go around cleaning the house. Works for me!!
On Wednesday evening we went over to Jodi's house to play with all the girls. Here's a photo of baby Sarah who is almost 9 months old.
They had a lot of fun playing and dancing. Then they all got in their pj's and ready for bed. (Since we were getting home after bedtime.)

I finished knitting a hat for Sam. It was a little too big, so I'll make him a smaller one and he can wear this one when he's grown a bit.
The kids like spinning on their Bili.bo.
Ella and Sammy playing on the exercise roller. (It's more of a toy than anything else.)
Ella and daddy went to the pool and went swimming. Ella thinks her undies look better on her head.

Sam has been a little grumpy the past couple days. I think it's because his molar is coming in. He got his first bottom molar on the 17th and his other one is almost in. I think this is the cause of his grumpiness. Usually you can't tell when he's teething other than him sucking on his hand. I can handle a little grumpiness.
He was very unhappy this morning when I got out the camera. It took a minute to get a little smile...

High Jumps and Hair Cuts
As promised I've been taking many pictures over the past couple days. Nothing much has been going on, just hanging around.
Ella was working on her jumping. She's pretty good!

Sam really needed a hair cut, so today he got one. I've trimmed the back recently, but his overall hair was getting really long. I can't believe how much got cut off. He looks really cute now though!

Is it spring yet??
It's starting to warm up just a little, but not quite enough to get outside and enjoy it yet. I know all of us here are anxious for the warmer weather. Unfortunately, I think we have a little more waiting to do.
We haven't done much in the past week. I haven't even taken any pictures. That's pretty sad and I should really take more photos!! Ella went sledding at preschool on Friday and had a lot of fun. We also had her Early Childhood Development Screening on Friday afternoon. I wasn't sure how she would do taking questions from someone she didn't know, but she really surprised me and did so well. She easily passed her age level and from what I remember was good to go for an almost 6 year old. So no worries here! Next week we have her kindergarten open house/registration already. I can't believe she'll be in kindergarten next year already. It seems like we were just registering for preschool.
Sam's doing well. He got his other bottom tooth on the 2nd. Since it was groundhogs day we figure that means there'll be 10 more weeks of winter! :) So now he's up to 8 teeth. Still waiting on a few more. He's such a silly little boy and such a sweetheart!
I promise to take more pictures in the coming days!
