I'm updating this from my phone. Too lazy to type on the computer. Well Zan is using it anyways. Not much new around here. Ella had her last day of preschool on Friday. (I have a picture I'll post) She has vacation bible school in a week.

I've been busy trying to pack up stuff. There's a fine line between packing stuff you don't need and accidently packing something you do need. There isn't too much left to pack though.

Sam has been doing well. He likes to play in the empty kitchen cabinets. His favorite thing are my measuring cups. I'll post pictures soon.

Outdoor Time

The outdoors are calling!! Well maybe not today, but they are calling. We've been enjoying our time playing at the many parks in our area. There are 4 parks that we frequent on our walks and a couple others that we stop at on our bikes. We are lucky to have many nice parks by our house. When we move there will be a park just across the street and a couple houses over. Very nice!

I finished knitting a shirt for Ella that she's wearing in the following pictures. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

These were taken before school on Friday.

He's looking at me like, "Put down that camera and help me will you?"

You can actually see him checking behind him to see if I was going to grab him.

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there. I know this post is a few days late, but what can I say. We had a good day here. Ella had swimming lessons then we went to Nana and Papa's for dinner. The weather was nice and the kids had fun playing outside.

Here is a picture of Sam with his new "buzz". It's grown out a little since I did it, but you get the idea. I've enjoyed it being short because when he rubs his dinner in it I can just take the washcloth and clean it off easily.

Not much else going on. I got a letter from Ella's elementary school that informed us she will be in the morning kindergarten class. Once we sell here I'll have to check with the school to make sure that will be the same when we move. They put the classes together partly on bus schedule.

Nana came with to pick up Ella from school today and we went to have lunch at Lola's Lakehouse on Lake Waconia. It was a very nice lunch. Afterwards we went to the park until it started raining. A good time was had by all.......

Cinco de Mayo

So in honor of Cinco de Mayo I'm making some shredded beef enchiladas. The bad part is I didn't give the large roast long enough to cook. So the kids will have quesadillas and I will finish the enchiladas when they are done and Zan and I can eat them. There will be plenty for another meal, so the kids can eat them too.

I finally got the photos uploaded that I wanted. It's really hard when my computer is just the base in our bedroom and I access it through Zan's laptop downstairs. When it isn't cooperating it isn't as easy to fix, but I did it!

Here are a few pictures I took of the kids a few weeks ago in the bath:

Here are a few pictures of Ella riding her scooter and her new bike:

I also gave Sam a buzz, I haven't taken a picture yet, but I will and post soon. He looks very cute!
